“We ordered an item 2 weeks ago and still no information. On the system it says Order in progress. It is unfair to take our money and not provide any information on the order.”

“UK Whitegoods had exactly the part I needed. I was able to fix the leak in my Smeg dishwasher. Was satisfying to fix something myself, and saved a lot of money on an engineer call-out or replacement.”

“While I would like to rate you I'm still waiting for my order. Time is getting to a month of waiting. It would have been more appropriate if you kept me up to date regarding the delay - not me having to keep chasing you. If you cant complete please refund my account.”

“Whitegoods were very responsive, letting me know which part I needed and once ordered kept me up to date with delivery times. Once arrived the pan holder replacement I needed for my stove top is a perfect fit. Delighted and highly recommend Whitegoods! Thank you.”

“Ordered part on 12th April. Expected delivery 17-21 April. It’s now 26th and still no part. Emailed for an update and was told ‘part due in’ but that’s neither pro-active or helpful. Very disappointed.”
