“Although not able to supply the part, due to policy with Miele, was willing and able to put in the time give a good explanation of the set-up even though they would have known that this meant that there would be no sale to whitegoods in this instance. Whitegoods will be first on my list of parts suppliers to check in any future occasion.”

“I searched online for a hood metallic filter. I could not find the specific part. But then I remembered that I had already bought from them. So I naturally ordered my filter from their website. It arrived within a week safely wrapped.”

“DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Item not received. Evri have a picture in the drivers hand outside the house but not in a”safe” place. Have asked for refund but not forthcoming. Was told not trackable, so when i asked for refund suddenly it’s trackable. Item with Evri driver, so who knows”

Thank you for your review of Evri though, that's not us but just one service we use almost without issue. We get delivery confirmation on all so as to prevent fraudulent "no delivery" claims.

“I needed a drain pump for a Miele dishwasher I made an enquiry with UK Whitegoods and was informed that Miele was withholding spare parts to third parties so only there engineers could fit theses parts which is I would say is certainly unfair . I was luck that Uk White goods had a replacement for the model I was repairing although I must admit I went for a non Miele replacement obviously as the price was right. I would certainly recommend Uk Whitegoods and will certainly be using them again excellent service and prompt delivery.”

“Ordered replacement kit for Siemens oven glass door. Before ordering I asked for confirmation that this kit was the correct part for my model of oven and this was confirmed. However, when kit arrived it was obvious that it was not suitable for my particular oven. After many e-mails back and forth it was eventually agreed that the kit was infact not suitable. Have returned the goods but still waiting for a refund. Can't really blame UK whitegoods as the manufacturers of the kit claim it is suitable for my oven. What they don't mention is that it is only suitable if the existing door rails can be removed which mine can't. All in all I believe UK Whitegoods have behaved reasonably in dealing with this issue.”

“I enquired as to whether they stocked an original part for a 20 year old freezer, or if they could suggest a replacement part if they didn't have an original. I received a reply shortly afterwards to say that they unfortunately didn't have an original part or a replacement part as the freezer is now obsolete. I am very happy with the way my enquiry was handled. Excellent customer service.”
