“They replied to my enquiry quickly. Asked for pictures of the part I wanted. Soon after I sent them, they came back to say that line was no longer available. It was discontinued. They were prompt and as helpful as they could be.”

“I paid for a part that was clearly identified in online store photo, but the part that i was sent was am entirely and obviously different shape, and obviously did not fit. The response from ukwhitegoods to sending me the wrong part - tough luck, no refund, no take back, do u wish to buy another part? No, i just want the part i ordered & paid for please. Wont ne buying from here again. They are a bit sneakey, and hide behind terms & conditions no matter whether wrong part sent or not.”

You forgot to mention that you wanted to return a part that you ordered incorrectly, without using so much as the model number and there are different sizes of that which all look the same. You guessed and you got it wrong. Then wanted to return it almost six months later! So, in terms of being "sneaky", it would be fair to say that you leaving out a good deal of the pertinent information in your "review" is indeed sneaky. Some might even say, misrepresenting the truth somewhat.

“I wasn't sure which items i needed to repair my Smeg oven as there are so many models and variations. However after liaising with Kenneth Watt at UK Whitegoods I was confident that I was ordering the correct parts. The company were also quick with the dispatch and delivery of the items which arrived in perfect condition in protective bubble wrap and cushioned packaging. Overall I would rate this company as excellent for their outstanding customer service, efficiency and competitive pricing. I will definitely be using them again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.”

“This is the most thoughtfully packed international shipment I have ever received. Ordered a glass pane for an oven door - expected it to be broken on arrival in Australia. The real deal, the business knows what they are doing, supplied within a week and a third of the cost of local suppliers quoting 16 week ETA on parks. Would rely on again and recommend to all.”

“Ordered a washing machine door, which arrived very quickly after ordering. I was confident I'd ordered the correct parts after UK Whitegoods cross-checked my order with my machine serial number. The part was very well packaged, however, I could hear loose parts rattling inside the door. The loose parts turned out to be parts of the inner door moulding, which was disappointing but doesn't appear to affect the performance of the part.”

“The lamp cover in my extractor broke and I couldn’t find a replacement. I messaged Whitegoods with a description and within minutes got a reply with details of the item, price etc. I ordered the item, which was reasonably priced and received it after a few days. Very happy with service”

“Whitegoods couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. I wasn’t sure about the correct size of my item so l emailed and immediately got sorted. I was told my item was out of stock but would be delivered within 4 weeks. Whitegoods kept in touch the whole time. My item was delivered today exactly within the timeframe and it is a perfect fit 🙂 So Happy !!”
