I have not received the part I ordered but am sure that it will soon arrive. The stars rate is because they have found the part, but of course I would like it to come.Can you please tell me progress has been made.Once it comes than I can upgrade the star rating

That's because you asked for a thermostat for a model that does not have thermostats fitted so, clearly you had little clue what you were doing but that's hardly our fault now is it? But, we told you that politely and you didn't come back for any further assistance again, hardly our fault is it? So all in all you've "reviewed" the fact that we told you your machine didn't have the part you were asking for fitted to it. Or, more probably, you're annoyed that you got it wrong, you don't know what you're doing, how to diagnose the problem or how to repair it and yet somehow, you choose to blame us for that. Genius!

This is not a company I would recommend to anybody I was given a delivery date which was totally incorrect , I had chase the company to try and find out what was going on, there is no phone number to call and they were not responding to my emails, in the end I had to get in touch with PayPal to block payment for goods not delivered then finally the company responded, but even then I had a problem, one of the items sent was incorrect and I am still in dispute with them over this and again no response from the company so back I go to PayPal . Really this is no way for a company to do business.so in my view 0 out of 5

Item arrived within the stated timeframe. An email enquiry I sent was answered very rapidly. I would buy from them again.

Brilliant on the email from the spares section, but the stuff takes so long to arrive. The last thing I ordered was on 28th January and it's still not here (13th Feb).

Needed to replace some stuff that was ruined by a tenant. Helpful practical advice led me to the right parts I needed and also steered me clear of parts where it would be more expensive than replacing the whole appliance. First class service.

I'm being asked to review before the product has even been delivered. It's been 11 days so far, no sign of the product and poor communications. I got no notice that it was delayed (in France?) until I asked. So far it's not looking very promising for this order or any future ones.

Had ordered a part for my washing machine, was told it would be 8/10 weeks and nothing. I had to message to see where it was only to be told it was no longer available. Not good enough for the customer to have to message to see what’s happening, you as a company should have let me know sooner that it was no longer available. Would not use you again or recommend to anybody

We kinda survive selling parts, we don't want to tell you something is unavailable, it's hardly in our interest to do that. So, we didn't make the part unavailable, the manufacturer did and your ire should be directed at them, not us.

The part was perfect but I had to chase several times as my delivery was lost in teh noise.

I enquired about a replacement fridge shelf quoting the brand and model number. I received a prompt reply stating parts for this model was obsolete ( for a 3 yearvold fridge?). I contacted Kenwood/Currys and forwarded their spares supplier who found the part immediately.

I needed replacement hinges for an ancient cooker. I emailed UK Whitegoods with details of the cooker and they replied very quickly telling me exactly which part I needed. I ordered it from them. It didn't arrive in the time predicted (though delivery wasn't guaranteed) so I chased it up. Again, I got a very fast reply, explaining the problem they were having with the supply of this particular, obscure, item. It wasn't urgent so the delay wasn't a problem. Item arrived soon after. Very professional service. Would certainly recommend them, and use them again. Would have been 5 stars if they had been a bit more proactive, and had contacted me to explain the delay, rather than me having to chase them up.
