“Good service with real person who was helpful knowledgeable about the spare parts I needed and promptly organised the purchase and delivery. The package had been opened and crudely re-sealed with Sellotape that was barely stuck down. The package had been dropped on a corner and the box was crumpled. Luckily the contents was a metal mesh that I straightened up so that it was useable so in the end no harm had been caused by the poor delivery/packing.”
