“This would be a 5 star review were it not for the fact that 1 item is missing from the consignment: Cooker Hood Lamp Cover PLA0023081A. I contacted white goods by e mail but have received no repy even though i attached the invoice which showed that i had been charged for 2 items i have had no reply nor have i received the missing cooker hood lamp cover. Order 1000382310 Invoice number 10003281890 Judith Owe”

“The customer service has been absolutely lovely, I have a quote old dishwasher with a bottom tray that had multiple breaks in it I thankfully spoke to their team who helped confirm I'd got the right new tray for mine, and was delivered promptly”

“A lovely representative, Kenneth Watts, got back to me immediately and tried very hard to help me get a replacement fridge seal. He was unable to find one and advised me to go back to the Retailer as I have only had the fridge for 6 months and they are ordering me the part and coming to fit in a couple of weeks. So very good service provided!”

“As I stay about 10 miles away from you dept, it wasn’t any bother to go there. It was also the only way I could establish that you had the part I was looking for as telephoning wasn’t as good an option. When I got 5here however the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I got the part within minutes, all very satisfactory. As a matter of fact I had to go again about a fortnight later as I’d managed to break the replacement part and got exactly the same efficient and friendly assistance. Thank you”

“Pleased with the oven shelves when they finally arrived. They appear to be equal in appearance and quality to the originals. However, the customer service provided by UK Whitegoods is poor as there is no provision to speak to anyone via telephone and my emails did not receive a response.”
