“First goods dispatched via Hermes didn't arrive, but Whitegoods responded immediately to our enquiry and re-sent goods out via Royal Mail that turned up in 2 days. Great customer service. Thank you”

“Spent so many hours, time wasting, talking to major expensive supplier about a intermittent fault. Uk Whitegoods found drawings part numbers , and potential cause of said intermittent fault. I am so grateful, so big big thank you, in particular to K.Watt. Ken.”

“im very sceptical about buying on-line but UK whitegoods had a contact telephone number which I always try first then I know Im dealing with a bona fide company. The goods were deliverd within the time stated. thank you for the excellent service”

“Brilliant service. Quotes for the repair of my fridge were between £200 to £500! For less than £50 I brought a new Thermostat 5 Star to UK white goods for their quick service :-)”

“A lovely gentleman named Kenneth answered my query regarding the Hygena built-in oven I have. No spare parts are now available, but he took the time to let me know. Very helpful and courteous. Well done UK Whitegoods.”
