“Unbelievably helpful. I enquired about an oven door for a Belling. Whitegoods didn't have one but made various enquiries on my behalf to locate one, without being asked. Unfortunately none were available. Whitegoods came back to me advising that the cost of one, even if found, would actually cost more than a new, budget oven, making replacement uneconomical.”
