“Unfortunately couldn't source the part I needed because it was obsolete a long time ago but they tried very hard to locate one in stock within Europe as well as the UK. Excellent prompt servis and would certainly contact them again for other spare parts.”

“I inadvertently ordered the wrong part. UK Whitegoods advised me of the correct water filter for my fridge freezer. I ordered this, returned the incorrect part and was reimbursed immediately on receipt. The new filter arrived and I fitted it without any problem. An excellent service.”
