“When I desperately needed a replacement motor for my oven hood the team assisted me with the correct item to order and the process of ordering was plain sailing. “Unfortunately, the spare part I needed is now obsolete, but I received a sympathetic reply detailing the modern-day policy of built-in obsolescence. Throwing away white goods when they could and should be repaired is a shameful state of affairs in my opinion.”

“Thanks to an expensive callout to fault-find on my cooker hood I was told that a certain component had failed but he did not have one with him. They would therefore post one to me. So in addition I researched online and found the one that I considered to be correct so I ordered two from UK Whitegoods. This order arrived on the same day as the one sent by the service company. I installed one of the ones I received from Whitegoods and job fixed. The one sent by the service company was no use as its physical size was too large for it to have fitted into the space provided on the extractor control box. So many thanks to UK Whitegoods.”

“Item arrived OK and was just as ordered. Took longer to arrive than I had hoped, but within the number of days stated. Website has some useful and interesting observations on the supply and availability of spares in the white goods market. Worth a read whether ordering a product or not.”

“I was having problems trying to source the part I needed for my fridge freezer, then I found UK Whitegoods who sourced the part and dispatched it, delivered within two days. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do need any parts again, Uk Whitegoods will be the first web site I'll try”
