“Delivery was very slow and the part I received was not compatible to the one I Iordered. The specification was very close but the capacitor had four contact spades whereas the one I required only had two. I tried to get advice but I failed using email and I could not get a responce. When trying the contact phone number I found it impossible to get through to an operator.”

“Fantastic customer service - did not receive the part and I followed up and they responded immediately and it was sent first class. Well done!!!! I was waiting for 3 months to get a response from 4LG - a competitor. They took money from my account and did not communicate with me to say the part was delayed. I had to follow up about 15 times with them - eventually they said the part was out of stock and would I like a refund!!!???”
