“I contacted UK White goods for help, as I was buying an oven that I needed to have telescopic rails, and the one I was looking at they advised did not have it. You might say why did I not just contact the manufacturer, well AEG was of no help, they did not answer my question or just put me through to an extn that did not answer after 30 minutes so I hung up, I tried a retailer and I got a vague answer. However UK White goods was able to advise me right away. Great job and thank you!”

“You merely told me the freezer was obsolete. You made no suggestions of alternative drawers which although not perfect may well fit. Not helpful at all”

We had to tell you that because none are known to fit and it is better to do that than to suggest a part that we know probably will not fit. To do that would be bad for you and us, it'd be a poor service. And as we took the trouble to explain and why, most you do not get sizes for, so you can't search for them by size. Sorry we couldn't help.

“After being on the Internet for several hours (as unable to actually talk to someone from Samsung or another spare part people) about a spare part for my washing machine, the person on Whitegoods Web chat sorted out the part I needed and I was then able to purchase it very quickly. Excellent service and part arrived within a few days.”
