“Excellent service from UK Whitegoods. My purchase was a pair of Hettich door hinges for our integrated Siemens fridge. They gave clear guidance on how to identify the correct hinges but to do so meant removal of the door and hinges. I did not want to do this without the replacement being ready so took a chance and ordered what looked right. The pair arrived post free within three days. Then I removed the fridge door only to discover that the original Siemens hinge had a deeper flange where it attaches to the door meaning the pair I had ordered were unsuitable. I had opened the packaging on each hinge to make the comparison but hadn't attempted to use as they were obviously not going to fit. UK Whitegoods accepted my return and refunded the cost in full.”

“Used UK Whitegoods to replace our broken microwave knob. I ordered the wrong part initially so got in touch with them and Kenneth explained the returns process and also sent me a link for the correct part. Our microwave was back to its best within a week. Great customer service & thanks again Kenneth.”

It would have perhaps helped if you'd ordered the correct one for the machine you own. You did not. That's why it didn't fit. Which has the sum total of nothing to do with us or our service.

“Very helpful and knowledgeable, gave good advise when I contacted them, enquiring about a replacement freezer door seal, they recommended that i not purchase one due to type of door design and they felt i would probably be wasting my money, so cost them a sale, but what price honesty? Very impressed”

“I contacted UK Whitegoods about a part for my fridge freezer but they suggested that because my freezer was obsolete not to waste my money on buying new parts which I think was very good of them - not out to waste your money like other companies I have dealt with in the past - would definitely recommend them”

The only comment would be that it would have been good if the measurements of my product had been shown on the page in the first place.”
