“Communication was fab. I received the item well wrapped - I didn't really have a delivery time, no time was given, so if I had one little negative on this; it was not knowing when it was due to arrive.”

“First Class ! Helped to diagnose the problem, answered questions in the hour. Very friendly and knowledgable about products. Purchase thermistor that fixed my fridge freezer. Prices very reasonable (30 % cheaper than competitors). Pleasure to deal with. If only others were more focused on helping the customer, rather than their bottom line. I will definitely be back ! Oh, and a library of information on their forum. Well done ‘UK Whitegoods’.”

“What a load of nonsense I have been asked to review the product before receiving the item. Uk Whitegoods must think I should have received the goods, but I haven't. So delivery wise terrible. It is delivered by EVRI, and they are shocking, the previous incarnation of EVRI was ok, but I have had issues with EVRI frequently now.”
