“I was enquiring about new carbon brushes for our Indesit washing machine, which was noisy etc. Your advisor colleague was brilliant. He informed me that as the electric motor was of the induction type. It did not have carbon brushes. The advice saved me time and effort and no cost on this occasion. Will remember this when I do need electrical spares. Excellent service. Kind regards Ian”

“Searched the internet in vain for a replacement close block for a Kenwood fridge freezer door until I found UK White goods who offered to look it up for me after I gave them details of my appliance. They were able to find the correct part and supply it. Thanks to them my fridge door is in proper working order.”
