“No order status updates - had to chase to find out when item would be delivered, only to be told it was not in stock. Took almost three weeks for item to eventually be delivered. Order should have been declined in the first instance is no stock available, and order status updates would have been useful without having to chase..... dissapointing service”

“Needed an oven door seal for a Diplomat combination oven. Found the required part in your system. It stated the part was compatible with our oven however the 3 images showed different mounting arrangements. Queried this with you but received a “non-answer “-basically “don’t know and don’t have any more information “. Refused to buy from you and ordered from Interspares instead.”

“Really impressed with Whitegoods service - prompt and very helpful with some questions I had on my appliance and spare parts - even though at the outset they couldn’t be sure I’d be buying a spare part from them.. thank you - excellent service. As a result, I insisted the engineer I hired obtained the spare part from Whitegoods!”
