“Helpful and prompt staff with my query but all seems to be online. Ordered and paid for goods but nothing other than invoice etc received. Had to chase after two weeks to be informed that there was a delay in manufacturing and therefore the reason why I heard nothing! It would be more customer friendly if I didn’t have to chase and had received a notice of the delay. Otherwise I have no complaints so far as nothing received yet.”

“I have been asked to write a review on my goods that I ordered on April 9th, it is April 23rd and I have not received them. I have enquired about shipping date and received no reply. Hence the only feedback is do not order from UK Whitegoods if you are in a hurry!”

“Bad customer service, constantly having to chase, told the same excuse time and time when I did eventually get a response. I had to ask for refund and updates even though website states they would keep customer informed and offer refund. Do not waste your time. Responses were not over a week but was 24-48 hours only because I sent more!”

“I order two parts on 6th April. I was advised the estimated time for delivery was between April 10, 2023 to April 18, 2023. I am still awaiting delivery. No one had the courtesy to contact me to advise of the delay. I had to chase them for information. Under impressed by the service.”

“Pretty shoddy. No follow-up or confirmation whether the parts i required were in stock or available. Simply an email to confirm my enquiry and an email to rate the company. Very odd!”

“The part had to be ordered in so took longer than usual. When I contacted them about the delay they apologised, explained why there was a delay and offered me a refund if I wanted. Decided to wait and worth waiting for once the part arrived. Great service.”

“Bought replacement carbon brushes for Miele washing machine. Dispatched quickly and arrived within a couple of days. The brushes are exactly as described and very good value.”
