“Saved Christmas! Thermocouple on Smeg oven failed a few days before Christmas. A really hard part to obtain, but UK Whitegoods had it in stock at a great price compared to a buying/installing new oven and responded immediately. Received within a couple of days. Repair made. Turkey cooked. Christmas saved thanks to UK Whitegoods”

“Desperate for a replacement water pump for a dishwasher, I used UK Whitegoods as they could supply the part for a decent price. The only gripe was that they said it would be with me in 7 days. In this day and age waiting 7 days for anything small is becoming unacceptable. The part fitted perfectly”
