“This company have been so helpful to us, even thou the part was obsolete they took the trouble to check out the internet for us and even found the obsolete part number for us. In future any part search will start with Whitegoods. Thank you so much for trying to help us and now we know there is no point in looking any more ourselves.”

“I was hugely impressed by the excellent customer service I received from Whitegoods. My enquiry email was the subject of a reply in less than an hour. Unfortunately the part I require was not available but I am confident that if it could not be located by your staff no one else will be able to locate it.”

“The product looks great. I bought from UK Whitegoods as it said that it could be fitted by one of their engineers. however, i haven't been able to find one to fit it. so it still remains in the packet waiting.....”

“Own a ISE10 1606w which has been great for 10 + years. Circuitry board needs replacing. No return policy explained toUKWG the symptoms and proceeded to buy based on their view good chance of success. Fitted it myself Machine now working as if new. Great someone is still holding these parts . I reckon it would cost £1300+ to replace the machine with an ASKO of similar quality. Chose fast delivery. Part came in a few days”

“"Tracking" doesn't let you track. Just tells you that the parcel has been "dispatched by Evri". No tracking number. No info.”

“Although the main Whitegoods people said I could send a photo of the light cover and hood to identify it, your spares people insisted on having a model number. As this was pasted upside down inside the hood over the hob and my eyesight is not good and clambering on the hob difficult, it was not helpful. I have to say I would have thought with the year, 2015, I thought they might have been prepard to take a punt.”

“Ordered new part for freezer. On arrival I opened it and noticed it was damaged. After 1 email the issue was resolved and a replacement sent out. No quibbles. Excellent customer service from David Quinn.”

“Excellent source of parts. Supplied an original part for our 12-year-old washing machine, the manufacturers of which went out of business years ago. Also have many other parts for it, if needed. Very helpful in identifying exact part required, and promptly supplied.”

“Was having trouble tracking down bearings for my Zanussi washing machine. Kenneth at Whitegoods immediately responded to my query. He was the only one to inform me that the bearings on my model were sealed and couldn't be replaced. He was also very courteous. They are top of my list for spares in future. Thank you Kenneth.”
