“I enquired about a part for a Liebherr fridge. UK Whitegoods responded promptly, and saved me a great deal of trouble searching for the part. They were able to tell me definitively that the part (glass shelf) was no longer available. So although I couldn't get the part, UK Whitegoods provided an excellent service rapdly and courteously.”

“I rarely give 5 stars but the communication from my first query to ordering were outstanding. Came back in under an hour to the initial request. Ensured I got the correct spare part for our fridge/freezer and delivered when they said they would. Highly recommend this company*”

“When the extractor fan motor in my SMEG cooker hood failed I had all but given up trying to source a replacement, but Whitegoods suggested a replacement from another make, which I took a chance on and it worked. The cost was about 15% of a new hood purchase, which was out of stock, anyway. Many thanks to the team.”

“Found UK Whitegoods on the internet whilst looking for parts for a Bush Fridge/Freezer. I give all the information required to identify the machine, within no time at all the parts and a good price, ware given. Some days later the delicate parts arrived wrapped and in good condition, they fit perfectly. Superb.”

“Sorry l thought you would be a good option for a spare part and l was hopeful. When l received my part it was damaged, l have emailed your selves with photo evidence and am awaiting an answer so at this time l am not in a position to give a good score, maybe in the following days this will change.”

“Contacted with regard to a Hygena/MFI oven part that unfortunately was obsolete; however response was quick and to the point. Ended up having to use a company called SGR to have the oven outer glass door remade.”

“Whitegoods are excellent at advising, selecting and dispatching spares but the delivery couriers let them down by mislaying and not delivering the initial order. I am still waiting for the replacement order. Not Whitegoods fault.”
