“Great company. Used their advice 8 years ago to pick a good washing machine and dryer. Bought some new hinges for my fridge and these worked perfectly, unlike the cheap tack rip off ones I bought off Amazon (supposedly genuine) that ended up creaking after only a few days. Some great advise from the customer service email as well. Recommended!”

“I ordered this item per the below and judged the "1st Class Royal Mail - Fairly quick, best used for smaller items only" at a premium of £6.95 for this item to expedite this part swiftly due to the nature of the issue requiring me to order this. Aware this was a Sunday, I expected the item to be dispatched quickly and this was unfortunately not the case. I received a notification late on Tuesday that this item was dispatched. The item finally arrived on Thursday. I feel that standard Free Delivery would have reached me in around the same time since there appeared to be little urgency given to the dispatch time on this occasion, so am jilted in opting to have paid an extra 25% of the item value for this service that has under-delivered on this occasion. The response was that had normal postage been chosen it would have been over a week to arrive. I can't accept in this day and age that this was an acceptable experience, given I paid a premium.”

“Not bad until I tried to get the other side ordered I had mistakenly used the picture as reference which matched my broken part I used live talk to make sure I got the right one but the replies I got were quick to quick to answer the reply before quite rude really he could not be bothered and wanted me gone won't use again with that sort of customer service”

The part that was supplied is what was ordered. We believe that you ordered the wrong side, there are left and right as you know, and those can vary depending on the model that you failed to provide so, we had no way to check it for you. If that's what you consider being rude, trying to help you correctly identify the correct part then yeah, I guess we're rude to everybody! But then, we didn't just roll over and say we'd pay for your error so you stomped off in a huff.

“Thought my old fridge was a goner when both the front shelf trims broke. Found spare parts at UK white goods. Easy to use website (I was able to check if the parts would fit my old fridge). Parts arrived, very securely packaged, a few days after ordering. Easy to fit replacement parts. Fridge now as good as new.”
