“Although I received the incorrect parts when I notified UK Whitegoods they immediately answered my email and sent out the correct parts together with a return posting label for the wrong parts. It was unfortunate that the incorrect parts were supplied but they rectified the error speedily and with no expense to myself.”

“Do not use this site. Ordered a thermostat for my oven, found that was not the problem. Returned the item to be told it had been fitted therefor could not re-sell, do I want them to dispose of it or send it back to me at a charge of £5!! There is nothing wrong with the part, what proof do I have they will not re-sell? Go to estates where I usually go but did not have the part this time.”

The thermostat was returned in a clearly used condition, the phial all mangled up so it cannot be resold as new as it has been fitted and used and that is clearly evident to anyone. Obviously whoever was repairing the appliance has incorrectly diagnosed the problem and you should really take that up with them but we cannot resell that part.

“Your response to my enquiry was on the whole reasonably quick then it all went haywire you passed it over to the delivery firm and it took them over a week in real terms to deliver to me. It could have come from China and i would have got it sooner but taking everything in to account the overall service seemed to be adequate though not brilliant.Thank you”
