“I was looking for a replacement a jug for my very old Kenwood Chef but did not have the model or serial number for my machine. The gentleman at Whitegoods went to a lot of trouble very quickly to identify what I needed from a picture I sent. Unfortunately the part had been discontinued by Kenwood but I was very impressed by the effort put in to help me.”

“The genuine part, at an acceptable price was nice and easy to fit. Delivery was a bit of a bind as I paid premium price delivery method and it was very near to Christmas Day and I wanted the element before then. But with all that is going in the Country at the moment, it arrived two days after Christmas Day, so not too bad. I would use UK Whitegoods again and I would recommend them to other people.”

“We ordered and received a replacement fridge door shelf. We had recently ordered one off another site and had to send it back as it wasnonly half the size. We are very pleased with the shelf we received off u as it is the correct size. Spot on service”

“The company's courier sent a message to say no one was in the property when they tried to deliver the item - at no point on the day this was referring to was their less than four adults in the property all day. They also asked for an additional delivery charge to redeliver the item - what a cheek ! Tomorrow the 3 Jan 2023 is the last day given for delivery - after that we will be seeking a refund and buy the item elsewhere.”

“Will use again if need be. Looked at loads of websites and UK Whitegoods were the only ones who stated genuine part in the description, gave dimensions and the models that it's compatible with. Fitted in 5 minutes and now our Kenwood Tall Fridge can be opened easily with it's nice new door handle. Ordered 18th December and it arrived 23rd December, even with the postal service industrial action. Very happy. Thanks very much”
