That's because, as we explained, we cannot source parts for the appliance that you have as the manufacturer doesn't publish info on them. So if anyone's wasted your time it's them, not us. It is in our interest to be able to find parts and supply them, we don't want to do anything but that and if we can't, we are being prevented from doing so, it's not a choice we'd make.

“Yes, I got a very quick accurate response thank you, to my inquiry about a new bearing set for my Bosch washing machine. I decided in the end not to proceed with the repair, having watched a youtube video on how to do it. The machine is about 14 years old, purchased cheaply at an auction. The time and amount of work involved made me decide not to repair it, but to scrap it. Fortunately, I already had a back up second machine, (a Zanussi Lindo ) so it was of no urgent consequence.”

“Not very helpful as they did not know of doorseals or door shelves for SIA fridge freezers, i.e you can cut one up to size from anyone's fridge freezer, but they are very good at communication. Hopefully, they will get someone who knows the industry. Thank You. Dunstan Dunstan”

“Pros: This part literally saved me from buying a new dishwasher, so I am incredibly grateful for them to be carrying this item and for the users on the UK white goods forum who pointed to this being the solution. Cons: I opted for economy shipping, this really loved up to its name, the despatch time was so glacially slow that it must be deliberate, expect your item to be bundled into the nearest jiffy bag and rammed through your letterbox at least a week after you order it.”
