“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent. Ordered replacement item required thanks to the very clear website which directed me exactly to what I needed. Sent a couple of emails for further information about the order and tracking info & was responded to in a speedy and efficient manner. Item arrived just over 2 weeks after ordering (which was my expectation as per the website) from China no less! 🇨🇳 Would use again if needed, good job 👏”

“Hi I ordered a tumble dryer heater on the 27th april At the cost of £78, it said it would arrive within 5 days but as yet the 11th of may part still hasn’t arrived!! Very disappointing to say the least”
