“I have an ancient Britannia cooker that it’s tricky to buy parts for . However UK Whitegoods have been fantastic at answering my many emails over the years and matching the correct parts each time . They are a company that go above and beyond for their customers .”

“The part was described very accurately with helpful dimensions and description and a guide that helped to assess the compatibility. It arrived well packaged. Although it was a little late in delivery I received good communication regarding the new estimated eta. I would recommend white goods.”

“Despite saying UK Whitegoods it takes a loooong time to arrive considering, if I wanted to pick it up in person, it would only take me about 2 1/2 hours to drive to the advertised pick up point which is about 65-70 miles away. I paid £1.50 delivery and I am still wondering why it took about 6 days. I know it was Royal Mail but even They are not that slow.”
