“Not happy with service,i ordered part,money is taken,i send emails asking for updates,sent several emails and only 1 replay,no operators are ever online so you never here anything back,once i receive this order i will not order from them again as this is bad for my bussiness making my customers wait.”

“Helpful service when identifying the part I needed, with swift dispatch and delivery within expectations. The only downside was that the courier gave no notice of delivery, delivered the item at 5.53am waking us up and left the box leaning against the front door - not good Hermes !!”
