“Happy that UK Whitegoods has the spare part I needed. My package was accidentally delivered to our neighbour’s house 2 doors away but she brought it to us.”

“Ordered a replacement metal filter for my cooker hood. item arrived dented and twisted. Packaging was insufficient. Emailed company on several occasions and a week later still no response. Tried phoning and message says to email. I have also checked my spam folder too. A replacement or better still a refund would be most appreciated.”
