“I had a problem with my hot point fridge freezer , asked a question & had a very quick & accurate & helpful response , which in these times is very encouraging , unfortunately the part I needed is obsolete which was frustrating as every other mortal part was available for the fridge freezer so it was scrapped £1000 fridge for a £30 part But Uk whitegoods where spot on very good , will use again”
