Hi Grant, You could take that up with the people that make the drawer you needed, we don't make the prices up, they do. If they make it cheaper, we'll sell it cheaper. But, it's not our fault they ask so much.

“I needed a new part for a Proline freezer which I discovered was 20 years old! I looked on the UK Whitegoods website and couldn’t see what I needed (not surprising). Made an on line enquiry and received a very prompt and helpful reply advising freezer obsolete. Also, that they couldn’t recommend any suitable parts from otter manufacturers. Great service thank you.”

I think you may be mistaking us for someone else as we did respond timestamped 2022-01-14 10:42:52, which you replied to then 2022-01-19 09:11:54 which you did not reply to. What you did or who you spoke to beyond that we would not know.

“The gentleman I spoke to was brilliantly informative and did his very best to help me track down the long obsolete knobs for our old Creda Hob (the so called Universal fitting Knobs don't fit) . I had previously tried several other companies, but few of them could match the help he tried to give over such a small item.”

“Hi i have just replaced the faulty dual zone ceramic hob control switch ( Energy regulator) on my twenty year old Brittania cooker.The switch cost approx £13, and is a compatible equivalent saving me £37 on a Brittania original. Also i saved £ 136 on a local call out cooker technician. The switch works perfectly as is clearly marked for pins for wiring etc. Thanks to Kenneth and uk Whitegoods for your speedy and excellent support, re correct part required, and for supplying the switch promptly and emailing supporting switch electrical specs. It could not have been a better experience. Thank you Marcus Willett”
