You ordered that item on a free shipping service that does state it can take up to nine working days from dispatch. It does clearly state, in bold: Select Shipping Method - Free Shipping - Any item, advised for items that are not urgent only If the item was required quicker then a paid for, faster service should really have been used but we leave that choice up to customers to make based on their needs.

“I was able to buy a replacement dish rack for a dishwasher from Klarstein, which has refused to provide the replacement even though the original has rusted while on the guarantee. I wasn't able to find the right one for over a year and I was so happy to find one at whitegoods. The price was not too steep, the delivery was swift and the product is doing very well so far :)”
