“On your advert the 6 inch cooker element showed 4 turns,the same as mine.when it arrived it was a three turn element. It wasn't, good fit, I made it fit.On the old element,I could see 1350 watt so obviously your element is the wrong one.I cannot return it since I opened the bag,and I shall be looking for a 1350 watt element elseware. Joseph Duda”

“Service from Whitegoods, was fantastic, sent me bearing kit for my Samsung washing machine, when I changed the Bearings, the drum spider was broken, they sorted the part I required And was in the post, would highly recommend this company, the service was smooth and efficient , you felt confident with the knowledge they have on the parts you need 👍”

“I sent an email to enquire with regards to an update on the delivery of goods. Customer Service was brilliant they got back to me the same morning and continued contacting me with updates on delivery. The customer service of UK Whitegoods is 5 stars where I am concerned. It did not matter how big or small the purchase was, mine was for less than £10.00”

“Rubbish comms. Told parts were with courier ( for 10 days !!!!!). Only whitegoodsspares works as an email....impossible to interact. NEVER AGAIN. Parts arrived after 4 weeks !!!”

That part was ordered on 25th Aprl and delivered on the 10th May as there was a delay on the shipment as we advised you almost immediately when asked. Not helped by delays caused by the bank holiday weekends.

“Part ordered 20/4/2023. Estimated delivery by 2/5/2023. Still no notification of despatch so review of Satisfactory performance is pointless. However, their price was far better than anyone else.”

As soon as we were aware we did advise you of the delay and reason for it, sadly this was unavoidable and down to the producer of the part.

“Ordered a SMEG Oven door seal, unfortunately it didn't arrive. As soon as I contacted customer service to let them know, they immediately responded and I received it within 24 hours. Perfect fit for my smeg oven, great customer service, thanks”

“My initial enquiry was answered very quickly and efficiently. I placed my order within hours of the reply but have been disappointed with the post-order efficiency. I was told that my order would be delivered by 10 May but I am still waiting for delivery on 16 May. I do now have a tracking number albeit I had to chase for this, and I hope to get delivery within the next few days.”

“Curry's Essentials freezer flap door. UK Whitegoods we're the ONLY supplier. Yes, the part has a price, but that's what it is. Even Curry's couldn't supply. Part arrived as promised and it was packed so well, I mean seriously cosseted. The part was perfect and fitted. The website asked seriously good questions about checking the specification. This organisation is professional.”

“I had ordered the lamp for my cooker hood. Couldn't find confirmation of the order email. The money had been taken out of my account and I hadn't received the lamp. I was having the thought, that this is not going to end well. However, to give them credit they replied straight away to my email and the part was delivered. Well done”

“Disappointed that I had to contact UK Whitegoods to find out why my order had not arrived within the expected two week timescale (advertised as usually within 3-9 days...) only to be told it was not a stocked part and had to be ordered from elsewhere first. UKW should have provided that information at the point of ordering to be honest, it shouldn't take customers chasing to find out. Good price and item, useful forum for advice, ordering process was easy enough and the website wasn't difficult to use.”
