“I ordered a part for my hood over a week ago now. It is the third week now and I have not received the item, after contacting them, even they do not know where or how long the parcel will take to come!”

“First time using this company. Ordered part and didn't arrive when expected,made enquiry and this was rectified quickly and part was here within the week. Would recommend anyone ordering tensioner pulley to order new belt aswell, ours looked in good condition(no splits,cracks)but was surprised how much it had stretched when comparing with new belt (well over 1-1.5inches).”

“I am more than happy to send a review WHEN i receive my item...To date, nothing has been received!! it was stated that it would take at least 3-9 days for delivery...when contacted, I was advised that as it waas a specialized item it had to be ordered specially...well..it was NOT stated on your web site, as I would have gone elsewhere...Frankly, I am not happy at all with your service and will not recommend it ...”

“I posted a query about our built-in hob on a Saturday morning, not expecting a reply until Monday. UKW replied on Saturday morning with a detailed and helpful response. We had a short on-line conversation with each of my questions being answered quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate in reconnecting and using UKW in the future.”

“The part I was looking for, was shown but only 1 in stock, but I was unable to place an order. Raised a query, which was answered straight away, confirming new & final stock was arriving within the week from Italy, and only 14, however after this the part would be obsolete and no longer available. I asked if they could reserve me 2, and I would continue to check web site daily. Confirmed stock would be reserved for me, order placed, and I confirmed the order number, and it was dispatched the same day. Excellent service very helpful”
