“Free delivery was utterly, unforgivably slow. It wasn't just the courier - the notification that they had dispatched was almost a week. Use a slow courier - but at least give it to them in a timely fashion.”

Sorry, but we do not supply machines, and most assuredly we did not supply the machine that you own. We only deal with spare parts. You may be a little confused there as Electriq, the brand of machine you have, we have nothing whatsoever to do with in any way other than, if we can find parts for them, we'd supply them. In your case, sadly we were unable to help.

“Parts were a pair of shock absorbers for a washing machine. They arrived promptly, and worked very well. I also had some good advice from UK Whitegoods, and the parts were reasonably priced. I will return again.”

“Had a fault with a ten year old Beko fridge freezer but could not find a replacement part anywhere. Had dealt with UK Whitewoods previously and have always found them to be knowledgable, helpful and offering great service. Although during a weekend, my question was answered within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, no part is available which was not great news but nonetheless helpful.”
