“Uk Whitegoods performed well, despatching my item promptly. Unfortunately their courtier Evri managed to deliver the package to another house in my street (not a next door neighbour) despite the fact that I was at home when delivery was made. No attempt to deliver to my house, no card left at my house. Unfortunately the occupants were away on holiday for a couple of weeks, so 0/10 Evri.”

“Having previously used them before I know they are reasonably quick to send out the required part (I also know how "reliable" Royal mail can be) so waiting for a few days on this occasion was to be expected. Previous searches led to ebay sellers mostly in Australia for some reason. So despite being told the part cost £19.99 I didn't mind to much paying little over £20 in the end (got to love Brexit eh?)”

“The oven element replacement worked great, however, it was lucky that it was still in one piece after being delivered by Evri delivery service. The parcel looked like it had been stamped on during transit, and there was no additional protective packaging around the part to prevent it being damaged, the connectors were both poking right through the cardboard box. Maybe a different delivery service should be considered in the future.”

“Took nearly two weeks to come and had to contact customer service as I heard nothing. They were very prompt in replying to me which was good and was sent shortly after. I paid for it to be tracked but never received any tracking details and it just turned up at the door”
