“Will never use again bought part from them whent wrong after 8 months was told manufacturers problem but I purchased from UK white goods was making it very difficult to return long-winded”

To be fair, you couldn't 'provide any information on the order at all so very hard to do much but, yes the manufacturer warrantied the part.

“I ordered an oven motor and needing it urgently I paid extra for courier delivery. It was supposed to be delivered within about 5 days. I was not even provided with a tracking number for a week with no estimate of delivery date. The company blamed the Royal Mail but it was not being sent by Royal Mail. I ordered from another company (paying even more ) for guaranteed 24 hour delivery. That one arrived on time and was installed - about two hours before the Whitegoods courier tossed it over our fence into a flower bed. No compensation or delivery option was offered. It is unlikely I will use them again.”

“Worst online order I have ever placed, not notified of ant so called damaged goods, no despatch details so not even sure if goods were ever received at address as recipient has now moved. Awful service from start to finish”

“I ordered the incorrect part as I was guessing which seal I needed. On enquiring I was told my blender was obsolete. So kind of the email operator to investigate for me, but it would have been good if the website brought it up as obsolete before I ordered.”

“I fitted it as per the instructions - which took ages on my de Dietrich oven... all connected up, I switched it on and the new door switch exploded / flash bang fireball and that was it. Waste of time and money. I had to buy a whole new oven. I got an email asking for a review - hence I've written the truthful account above. Thank you”

“First-time user of UK Whitegoods site. Ordered a replacement extractor hood charcoal filter, decent price, slightly disappointed at the quoted delivery date, (which was the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars.). The delivery was still later than indicated, (9 days to deliver an in-stock part seems to be excessive in current times) but at least now with a new filter installed we are back up and running without warning lights. No problems with quality of part.”

No clue how you got that as all suppliers say that the part number you needed, C00278121 is obsolete with no alternatives. So, you're "reputable" supplier either had old stock kicking about or it was second-hand as those are the only two possibilities because there are no new ones with any EU supplier.

A response was sent as below, we received no response from you. 14/10/2022 08:39 Can you check that model please as RB412NAI is not recognised, even on the factory system? For Hisense and Fridgemaster parts, in order to find them, the model number is important but increasingly where there are several versions I really need the info from the barcode label that's usually at the rating plate, it's all explained here: https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/spare-parts/finding-parts/4355-hisense-spare-parts

“I purchased the replacement ball bearings kit and rubber seal for my LG washing machine. Items were competitively priced compared to other sites. As I was not in a rush to have the pieces, I opted for free shipping. These arrived within a week and fitted perfectly. Will definitely be getting other spare parts from them in future, if the need should arise.”
