“Part ordered correctly from model number listed on website . Part arrived quickly but did not fit . I contacted customer care and was told that it was not compatible although the listing stated it was . For me to return it ,it was made very difficult and was told I would have to pay for the postage and if the item had been opened ,it would be inspected by them and if they thought it had been fitted then a charge of £5 would be made and the item sent back at a charge or disposed of Don’t know how you can check if it fits without trying it !! Made very difficult to return watch out!!”

“I shopped around and found that Whitegoods were very helpfull with which part i needed and the price was very good. I placed the order and a couple of hours later had to cancel it. Whitegoods refunded me within minutes which was amazing and just made the experience so easy. I will be using them again”

“Hi i wanted to order a fridge part I emailed you twice you answered me twice but not convincingly there’s so many part numbers I just want to be reassured one you had the part or two you could get the part I tried phoning your on your number from your website you never pick like all the other reviews say what’s the point of having the phone I have purchased elsewhere and paid a bit happily for the part you are loosing business!!!!”

“Order a specific part I couldn't find any where else for my fridge, after a week I was contacted to say my product had arrived from France and got shipped to me as soon as it arrived to uk, the very next day part had arrived, get description & communication thanks”

“The service after my order was processed could have been better, poor. No confirmation when the item would be arriving. Not good for any company when a customer has to enquire when the item would arrive. Also paying extra for quick delivery seems to be a scam. Seeing that during correspondence from me the customer to UK whitegoods. I was informed that the item only had to be ordered from the supplier. If this is the case and no delivery date could be confirmed by UK whitegoods why offer the option of a speedy delivery. Also asking for feedback by email and asking Ms for feedback. My order and emails clearly stated Kevin Myatt. The email sent to me was addressed to kevmyatt@gmail.com”

“Happy because I received my package. White goods were easy to get in touch with via email and alerts replied promptly. However my item was not in stock when I bought it and as I hadn't been informed the item took a considerable time to get to me. Moreover delivery was non tracked so I had no idea when it would be arriving. Luckily I was at home that day.”
