“Excellent. The glass cover and bulb was extremely well protected with lots of bubble wrap around it! Delivery was quick . Will use this form again definitely.”

“I received a very prompt response from UK white goods with the same answer i was getting about the part i needed for my washing machine that is still in incredibly good condition. ''The part is no longer available.'' (Drum Spider) So off to the dump does the rest of my machine goes? Let's save the planet, not this time.”

“Ordered a cutlery basket for my dishwasher. Item on website looked just like the original but the part received was quite different and didn't fit properly. It was quite different to the one pictured. Returns department assure me that the part number means that the one supplied was correct. It isn't!”

“Oven door hinges we're an excellent quality replacement. The springs in the hinges for the larger lower door (double oven) really needed to be heavier duty but otherwise it was a very good experience.”

“Website was slow but Trust reviews showed some awesome replies from UK white goods (a no nonsense approach of bluntness!) so I ordered bearings for my washing machine. Came very fast and were lots cheaper than elsewhere. Job done.”
