“I had been unable to identify the type of replacement light bulb that I needed for my cooker hood. Whilst searching for this I came across the UK Whitegoods website. The enquiry form on the site was very easy to use and the reply came in less than half an hour after sending the details of my cooker hood and a photograph of the old light bulb. UK Whitegoods sent me details of a site where I could buy a replacement bulb. I ordered one and it arrived quickly. Without the help of UK Whitegoods it would have been much more difficult to find the correct part.”
