“I have a Sharp microwave oven which is more than ten years old but was still working fine. It has a piece of plastic on wheels which supports the plate on the turntable. Recently one of the wheels broke off and, expecting that spare parts would no longer be available for such an old appliance, I thought I'd have to throw out a perfectly good appliance for the sake of a worn-out bit of plastic. However, I was able to find the reference number of the part and, when I googled it, I found that UK Whitegoods had it in stock. The replacement part was promptly delivered, and my ancient appliance is now back in action. I was very happy with the service provided by this company.”

“I recently purchased a Cooker Hood Lamp Cover from you that eventually turned up after 9 days - Order #1000358550. Now fitted to the cooker hood, it makes the remaining lamp cover, show it's age. Accordingly, I would now like to purchase a second lamp cover as recently purchased. Are you able to accept my approval to use the same credit card details against this second purchase ? “Definitely worth shopping around to have found UK Whitegoods. So much better priced than several others I looked into and actually had the parts I required. My only winge would be the delivery time timescale. Order was not forfilled/processed after order for a good 4-5 days, this then compounded with a slow Postal Service (not company’s’ fault). However, overall a good experience.”

“I bought this item as it said it was for my freezer, however when it arrived it was far too big, I have tried to contact the company by telephone twice but a message said they the 4 lines are not taking call, I have now sent three mails as it said on they phone message to do this but still no replies. So I would not go with company. As by I feel I have wasted £16 and it could have been more.”
