“Unfortunately, I was unable to repeat my regular spare part order from UK Whitegoods after several years of them delivering to Cyprus. When I queried this with them they fully explained that it was unfortunately due to the restrictions of Brexit. Their sevice has always been first class and I'll miss dealing with them. I have already told them this.”

“Excellent service provided. Our AEG outer oven door smashed and AEG were unable to help as they no longer make our model even although its only 5 years old. I contacted UK white goods via email to ask if they could provide the part and they were extremely helpful and forwarded the link for the glass panel to me to allow me to order online. It was delivered within 7 days and I now have a fully functioning oven again. Thanks.”

“It’s hard to know how many stars to give. I’ll explain. You correctly identified a part I needed that you had - a door shelf for a Liebherr fridge. But the ordering process couldn’t work. Your helpful correspondent then explained that because of the bureaucratic complexities of Brexit you no longer deliver to the EU (I live in Dublin). I then ordered the part from Germany and it arrived a couple of days later with a postage cost of around €10. So, in summary, excellent customer service was negated by broader trade policy. Whilst this little non-transaction won’t be noticeable in the UK balance of trade, the long term and cumulative effects of these trade divergences can’t be good - for anyone.”

“Was unsure on where to get a replacement thermostat for my 15 year old diplomat fridge, after contacting Whitegoods with the serial number and some pictures of the stat, they replied amediatly with a recommended replacement. now fitted my fridge is up and running at a fraction of the cost of a new fridge. Thank you for your great service.”

“I emailed first with my enquiry and received a speedy and helpful reply . I could not find the part I was looking for from any other website . The cooker hood is not sold in the uk anymore . UK Whitegoods had the replacement filter for my Best Gemini cooker hood and it took about a week to arrive . Amazing !!”
