“Product is very good; service is even better as when original order arrived damaged, sent photos and an immediate offer to replace was made, which has just arrived in perfect condition. My only quibble is that the outer cardboard box packaging is not sufficiently robust despite the bubble wrap.”

“Very prompt response, was able to answer my queries. I ordered Elica Crystal control module kit for my cooker hood and it didn’t come with the required starting capacitor for the cooker fan. I was told by the rep initially that I needed to order a kit which I had. Then I was told I would have to pay additional cost for the capacitor even though had already paid £100 for the kit!!”

Hi Bernard, As per the email response that was sent, you acknowledged you understood: "On that one it's not included as different size capacitors can be used on different productions using the board so, it cannot be included as you'd not know what one to include." Which is logical and sensible. At no point did you ask us about the capacitor that I can see. We cannot be held responsible for what anyone else may or may not have told you.
