“The fridge light that was in my fridge stopped working so I searched quite a lot of spare parts sites without success. I managed to find 2possible matches for the light I required, of the only 2 matches uk white goods were 30% cheaper than the other and from the images of the part I was able to be sure that it was a perfect match for the existing, ordering was quick and easy and delivery was very quick. I am reall pleased with my purchase it was an exact match”

“I have returned for refund an item and had correspondence with Mr Kenneth Watt. This has been an ongoing issue for a month. I am awaiting my last reply before looking at taking the matter further as per Consumer rights etc including Companies House.”
