“Hi the door release kit X50521X was the correct part but for one respect the catch was plastic. When fitted the Tumble Dryer would not start. I deduced luckily that as the old catch being cast aluminium was involved in making the electrical contact. On cannibalising the new and old parts the machine now starts. This is something to consider when supplying new parts for old machines.”

Sadly that is a delay caused not by us but by both production and shipping issues in the current climate that are beyond our control. If we could, we'd have sent that part a lot sooner but nobody has it.

You omitted to mention that it was a special custom order factory part and the "damage" you reported was not in any way going to affect the part, plus, you reported the "damage" over a week after you received the part.

“I needed a seal for my electric oven. I searched the internet without success, despite being pretty good at that by now. I happened to light on UK Whitegoods web chat facility and fed in the particulars. Within moments they confirmed that they knew the part I needed and were able to supply it. I ordered it and it arrived within days. Duly fitted and obviously correct. Altogether a good experience.”

“Top marks for both speed of response and effort to source a part for our Leisure (Beko group)Cooker Hood,but despite being less than 5 years old,no parts appear to be available!!.This seems absurd,when a 90cm Cooker Hood with actually very few parts necessary to offer everything it comprises,costs more than some automatic washing machines with scores of component parts!.”
