“Not great as ended up ordering the same part as the first order didn't arrive ( it did eventually) Probably more down to Royal Mail but I would suggest maybe use a different carrier”

“They were very apologetic and open about why they couldn't supply my order, the supplier had pushed the price of the item to a ridiculous level, UK Whitegoods refunded my money and let me know on the same day that I had ordered”

“Very pleased. The website took me right to the part I needed, it was a genuine (made by the manufacturer of the cooker) part, was reasonably priced and was delivered very quickly. Would definitely use them again.”

“Whitegoods, the life saver as I was struggling to locate the correct cooker switch as other companies didn't have it or get the switch. Sent all the details off and bingo they informed me what switch I needed at a great price. Thank you so happy would give you 10 stars.”

“Two weeks later and the part has still not arrived, what class of mail did you use, couldn't care less ,nothing surely takes two weeks, its only a thermostat, not a ruddy car. Lots of other companies I could have used”
