“Very good experience. I now have a replacement freezer flap from you, delivered very promptly. Only slight gripe is the one pictured online had the storage guidelines printed on, which is what I wanted, as my broken one had the same. But the one delivered was plain. But no worries, it does the job.”

“Was looking for an oven door seal. For quite an old cooker and had been trawling and failing everywhere I tried. Then found UKwhitegoods who had what I wanted and despatched it promptly it arrived.in good time and I have successfully replaced my old one. We really didn't have much of a choice given what we sadly had to inform you of, as follows: apologies but the manufacturer advises us that this part is now out of stock and has been made obsolete. We have issued a full refund Sorry for any inconvenience Best Regards Allister When makers obsolete parts and there are none to be found, we don't have any other options.
