“My oven had stopped heating up, after a bit of Googling I found the issue and needed a new heating element. I emailed as I wasn't too sure which specific part I needed as there were a few. I got an email back with all the information I needed and the part was sent out and received in 3 days... great service... keep it up :)”

“Couldn't get a spare from my freezers manufacturers so tried UK Whitegoods. Speedy reply to initial query asking for help to find the right part. Ordered it at a very reasonable price. Excellent packaging and courier delivered. Will definitely be using them again for spares!”

“Five stars even though they never managed to find the needed part. Let’s start…Kenneth Watt answered me super promptly on a Sunday! Next he let me know that contrary to what I had been told, namely that my IKEA oven had been made by Whirlpool, it was actually an Electrolux product. Finally he apologised for the fact that he did not secure the part for me as it was obsolete but had the presence of mind to include the part numbers so…lo and behold…just this morning my friend in Australia to whom I had sent links to the part which showed as available at Electrolux there using the part number, has dropped it, plus a spare, in the mail to me! Even more unbelievable is that, in that whole enormous continent, the supplier was a fifteen minute drive away from her! I’ll bet Ken will be as chuffed as I am right now. Thank you UK Whitegoods…more specifically Ken.”

“Really happy - I thought I needed the entire lower washer arm for my Smeg dishwasher The agent replied to my email with a price for this & also a smaller part ( plastic washer ) which was exactly what I needed I placed the order & received the parts shortly after Would recommend & use again Thanks”
