“I think the service is a rip-off. Happy to pay the £1.00 so I could ask a question but £30.00 to tell me the item I wanted is obsolete well that is taking money for nothing. I will certainly not recommend this company nor ever use them again.”

That would be fair comment, if it was us. It wasn't. We do not charge a penny for the FREE advice that we give so who charge you and for what, we have absolutely no idea but your comments in regard to us as completely unjustified.

“I am so impressed with UK Whitegoods. Wanted to obtain a replacement door seal for a 12 month old Samsung washing machine, because of a clothing hook tearing the original seal (our fault). Identifying the seal, was not easy, indeed it was confusing because of variants even within the model. (I had given up with 2 companies tried earlier - each time support service was inadequate and my order had been cancelled by each company - so back to square one), but with UK Whitegoods, the mater was clarified very quickly on line - the only ones to refer to an identifier lable on the machine above the seal (rather than on the manufacturing plate) and I placed the order with confidence. The price was competetive and the seal was delivered quicker than the anticipated 2 week lead time : we soon had a washing machine restored to working order. In sumary of my experience : Superb on line support Competetive Pricing (genuine replacement): Fast delivery : Go to them first on another occasion!”

“Placed an order for an oven grill element on 17/12/2023. The delivery date on the web page said between 19/12/2023 and 25/12/2023. Informed the Item had been dispatched by Evrie on 27/12/2023 but had to request tracking information as did not arrive till 30/12/2023.”

“I was referred to this website from one called 'just ask" ( for this I was charged £30). I submitted what I was needing which was a new terminal block for a Hisense white cooker. Whitewood were quick and said that they didn't stock such an item.”

“They respond to enquiries within one hour and that is what I found. I did also email another company who never responded so I put my business with UK Whitegoods and ordered the part. I thought delivery was a bit slow. I ordered the part on 28 December. It said delivery about 3 days. One week later, on 4 January I got an email to inform me that the item had just been dispatched. It arrived on 9 January.”
