“I was very pleased that I was able to order the part I required for my washing machine, as this was not available in the usual retail outlets. Unfortunately however, I am still awaiting delivery, after my order was placed over 2 weeks ago!”

“Too soon to give a definitive opinion. However, I am disappointed that the firm did not proactively notify me that the item was out of stock, on a longer than expected lead time and that its notified delivery window would not be met. The firm's systems should be programmed to send a notification of delay automatically.”
