“I gave 4 star because you were the only company that had the part. Unfortunately you told me it was the wrong part but I bought it anyway. If you want to improve your service just check the part dimensions with those supplied by customer. Also a quicker dispatch would also help Thanks for asking”

“Order was quickly delivered at the best price I could find, unfortunately one of the freezer drawers was cracked. I reported this and was quickly sent a replacement. I would recommend using UK Whitegoods”

“Never received the items or any information regarding my order being dispatched etc. Contacted Uk Whitegoods and was told that it had not been dispatched yet after 7 days. I requested a refund! Disappointed”

“All went ok. Urgently needed pump and(not urgently) dampers for old washing machine on a Thursday. Sent a couple of query messages over Friday but by then was too late to collect that day. Went to Kilmarnock to collect Monday but pump wasn't oe one I wanted. Another was ordered for Tuesday but supplier didn't send it with order.Went up on Wednesday and collected ok. Bit of a faff but anyone I dealt with in person or online message were all very helpful and apologetic. And the price is right”

“Had a problem sourcing a out of date oven thermostat, asked for information via there chat line got a response the day afterwards explaining that the part was obsolete and offered a possible replacement but couldn’t garountee it would work. Took a chance at a resonsable price, part worked perfectly.”

Well, it is a genuine only part so any issues wth quality you'd have to direct to the manufacturer as we don't make the parts, we just sell them!

“Very impressed with this supplier. The buying experience on the website was simple and straightforward with loads of guidance to ensure you bought the correct product. I was a tad concerned regarding would delivery as it was a replacement freezer drawer that I had ordered. My concerns were unfounded as the package came very well wrapped and totally protected. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and I am happy to recommend them.”
